Recently, Huayicai Company, under the HOYECHI brand, was invited to participate in the production and maintenance of Chinese lanterns for a commercial park in a South American country. This project was filled with challenges: we had only 30 days to complete the production of over 100 sets of Chinese lanterns. As an important overseas order, we not only had to ensure the high quality of the lanterns but also meticulously consider the disassembly and assembly processes to ensure they met the container size requirements. Additionally, we had to ensure that each seam was perfectly natural and that the design facilitated easy on-site installation while maintaining a high standard of aesthetics.
The project took place in July, one of the hottest months in China. The workshop temperature soared above 30 degrees Celsius, and the intense heat posed a significant challenge. The combination of high temperatures and a demanding work schedule put the team’s physical and mental stamina to the test. To ensure the project’s success, the team had to overcome not only technical difficulties but also race against time while contending with the adverse effects of the extreme heat.
However, the Huayicai team, under the HOYECHI brand, faced these challenges head-on, always putting the client’s interests first. Under the strong leadership of the company’s executives and with the technical support of three engineers, the team worked together with unwavering dedication. We implemented various measures to combat the heat, such as adjusting work schedules to ensure sufficient rest for workers and providing ample cold drinks and cooling equipment to mitigate the impact of the high temperatures on production.
Through relentless effort, we not only completed the project on time but also maintained high product quality despite the harsh conditions. In the end, Huayicai successfully accomplished what seemed like an impossible task, earning high praise and recognition from the client.
